Background:
Growing up at Moonlight City, Ultrapolis, Alex was very talented and had a very sharp mind. By age 9, he was replicating advance tech with just scraps. With this talent, Alex graduated college at 15 and he was the top of his class. Even if his life sounds perfect, it isn't. He grew up in a city filled with chaos. He knew he had to do something to stop all of this.
Alex trained under grand masters from all over the world for 3 years. In that time span, he mastered most of the martial arts and was now ready to bring justice for his city. He built a mask with an artificial intelligence and Carbranium for his suit. His suit could project out virtual blades that could cut through anything. He then became Velox and was later recognized as the guardian of Moonlight City.
Alex decided to advance his engineering skills and he later became the youngest CEO in America, of his own new company, Xander Technologies. Xander Technologies became the best science and technology company in the U.S. Through this, he made highly-advanced suits, weapons, and more.
