Background:
Living in Shan Zhan, Jiao Zhang was part of the Kho Clan. The Kho Clan was a group of elite assassins led by the Zhanshi. They were trained under extreme conditions learning how to fight, use various weapons, and withstand critical pain. They gained fighting skills, high endurance, discipline, and superhuman athleticism.
The leader of the clan, Gan Kho, fell in love with Jiao. Their love was great, they eventually got married. As years passed, Jiao's father, Jin Zhang an elder of the clan, went to Ultrapolis, Moonlight City, on an independent quest to assassinate a major enemy. Attempting to assassinate, Jin failed his mission, he lost to the battle and was eventually killed.
As soon as Jiao heard the news about her father she was in great grief. She decided to leave Shan Zhan and finish her father's work in Ultrapolis. As she got to Moonlight City, she met a vigilante who goes by the name of Velox. They created a partnership and worked together to find her father's killer. They created an alliance and became the founders of The Revengeance.
